St Paul Film is an independent film production company based in Stockholm, Sweden. St Paul Film is owned and managed by producers Johannes Åhlund and Fredrik Heinig who have worked together for more than 10 years in numerous television and film projects. Among the directors working closely with St Paul Film are Johan Kling, Kristian Petri and Tomas Alfredson.

In 2007 Johan Kling’s critically acclaimed debut film Darling was released by St Paul Film. It became that year’s most awarded film in Sweden and won, among others, the Nordic Film Award at the Gothenburg Film Festival and was invited to compete at the San Sebastian International Film Festival and Pusan International Film Festival to name a few.

St Paul Film is currently in production with two feature films. Trust me, a comedy by Johan Kling and Bad Faith, a psychological thriller directed by Kristian Petri. St Paul Film is also co-producing The King of Devil’s Island with planned shooting in the fall of 2009 (Delegate production company 4 ½, Norway, producer Karin Julsrud).

A number of projects are in different stages of development, feature films as well as TV-drama. Worth mentioning is the feature film The Steel Spring, an adaptation of the 1968 novel by Per Wahlöö, directed by Henry Moore Selder and Oskar Holmedal.
